The name Layla Price rings bells across the adult industry. The 23 year old porn starlet has been featured in over 60+ films and has worked with some of the top names from Sean Michaels, Mandingo, Bree Daniels, Sarah Shevon and Mike Adriano just to name a few. With two years already under her belt, Layla has already attracted the attention of her loyal fans and admirers with her mind-blowing scenes. In this interview with Wally Thrasher, Layla speaks on how she was first introduced to porn, working with Mandingo, her new movie releases, her love for hip hop and more.

Wally Thrasher: How old are you and where are you from?
Layla Price: I'm 23 and I'm from Baltimore, MD
Wally Thrasher: You're a fairly new figure in the industry. What made you get into porn and how long exactly have you been involved?
Layla Price: It will be 2 years in December since I shot my first scene and been in the industry, getting in porn crossed my mind a lot when I was a lot younger, shit I was a little girl lol but as I got older like in high school I thought maybe I should try other stuff like college, full time job, etc and that all didn't work out. So fast forward to late fall 2012, I was 21 and an exotic dancer in Baltimore. A friend of mine came back from Exxxotica in New Jersey and gave me the contact info to an agency in L.A. So I sent in a few photos and I got a call back 2 hours later. I was pretty shocked when the agent asked me to come to L.A to shoot. I thought it would be pretty cool. I mean I love sex especially with multiple people; I'm pretty much a sex addict and an exhibitionist so I knew I was going to be great!!!
Wally Thrasher: Does your family and friends know your line of work?
Layla Price: Everyone except my parents know. What is sad is that I lost a lot of friends since I got in. They either dropped me right then and there or acted like they were cool with it but wanted to use me and I'm not down with that. I was pretty shocked because I danced and everybody was okay with it. Whatever, I didn't think it was that much of a difference from porn. Apparently, I was wrong.
Wally Thrasher: Are you ready for all the attention that's headed your way and how have you dealt with the fame of being one of the hottest girls in the biz?
Layla Price: Oh yes!! I have a great fan base. I'm pretty much used to a lot of attention like I said I was a dancer lol
Wally Thrasher: You don't have too many scenes but so far you've earned legendary status for the Mandingo scene! What preparation went into that and be honest.... any pain? Afterwards?
Layla Price: Haha yeah I have worked with Mandingo twice. Honestly, it's mental with me and he's great to work with, very nice, and he's gentle so I knew it was going to be a great scene and nope no pain at all. It's funny because I've shot over 200 maybe 250 scenes by now but I do almost everything. I have worked with some big name companies to small fetish producers and there's a few scenes I have done that have not been released yet.
Wally Thrasher: What's the overall difference between sex on camera and sex off camera?
Layla Price: Off camera sex you can do whatever you want but on camera not exactly. You have to open up and know where the camera is which can be difficult sometimes since the camera guy moves around a lot and depending on what company your shooting for you have to follow rules. Like I've worked for some companies that you can't slap a girl choke her out you know the rough stuff.
Wally Thrasher: Have you ever had a relationship while in the business and if not do you see yourself ever having one down the line?
Layla Price: Yes I've dated quite a few guys in the business, 2 were performers one was a director and the other was a performer and had his own agency.
Wally Thrasher: What kind of guy is your type?
Layla Price: I just like a guy who is real cool, laid back and also has everything together. I can't stand guys who are really demanding, have a huge ego and jealous. I'm sorry but if your ego is bigger than your dick. You are not the one for me. lmao
Wally Thrasher: Is this your career or just a platform? What are your short term goals as well as long term?
Layla Price: I plan on making this a career. However, I'm going to retire at 30 the latest. I really don't want to be a MILF, actually the minute I start getting casted for MILF scenes I'm probably gonna call it quits lol. I'm not really into younger guys especially if they are a lot younger than me; I think it's weird. I have accomplished a lot for being in almost 2 years. I want at least a couple of showcase movies, awards and maybe magazine covers.
Wally Thrasher: Very interesting lettering tattoo! What does it say and what's the meaning behind it?
Layla Price: It's the seven deadly sins, a lot of people like it and I'm not sure why but I have an obsession with it.
Wally Thrasher: Being this is a music website, what music have you been listening to and what kind of music did you like growing up?
Layla Price: Hip Hop was and always will be my first love of music. I got into dubstep and drum n bass years ago too but if anything I prefer hip hop.
Wally Thrasher: What else does Layla do for fun?
Layla Price: I love traveling that's what is great about being in porn. I get to travel to some pretty cool places for work. I love the beach as well. It is very relaxing and it's an escape from reality for me.
Layla Price: I'm not exactly sure. You never know I might want to leave in a couple years or I might want to still be in this industry 10 years from now. I just don't know I just like to go with things.
Wally Thrasher: Is there anyone you are looking forward to working with?
Layla Price: Yes I have a huge list of people and companies.
Wally Thrasher: What new films should we be checking for soon?
Layla Price: I have a lot of releases coming out this month, my debut scene for Brazzers, Orgy Masters 6 from Jules Jordan, 2 releases from Devil's Film with one featuring me on the box titled My gigantic Toys and Seduced By The Boss's Wife 2, Fuck a Fan 22 from Immoral Productions and Real Auditions from Wicked Pictures.
Wally Thrasher: Any club appearances or a tour in the works?
Layla Price: As of right now, I don't.
