It's been nine months since we have heard some new music from AWKWORD. Well there is no need to wait any longer as AWKWORD releases a very powerful and thought-provoking single titled, "Heather Heyer." The track is a heartfelt tribute to Heather Heyer, the 32 year old woman who was run over and killed in Charlottesville by a white supremacist. AWKWORD explains the track, "Heather Heyer", is a personal song, as he find himself struggling amidst the madness that has overtaken this country. He also give a big F*** You to the 45th president of the United States, Donald Trump. 100% of the proceeds from this song will be donated to The Heather Heyer Foundation, founded by Susan to help fund future social justice activists.
