It has been 16 years since we've heard an album from Gangstarr. The Owners was the last album the duo dropped back in 2003. DJ Premier announced on Instagram yesterday that he is going to release a new Gangstarr album. Of course, Preemo doesn't disappoint as he presents the first offering featuring J. Cole titled, "Family and Loyalty." Take a listen below.
