Kodak Black, real name Bill Kapri was sentenced to almost 4 years in federal prison on Wednesday. Kodak's charges stem from being dishonest about his criminal record while he attempted to purchase six pistols at Lou's Police and Security Equipment in Hialeah, Florida.
The U.S. District Court Federal Judge, Federico Moreno stated "Young people do stupid things, but the problem is you've been doing stupid things since you were 15". Kodak, 23, was involved in a prison fight before sentencing and in addition to this case, still has other pending cases including a sexual assault case from Florence, South Carolina.
